Mission
As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and advancing A-Player candidates through Spartan's hiring process, ensuring hiring managers have access to exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience that supports the company's continued growth. This position is open to candidates residing in the Philippines and will support hiring activities across Spartan Investment Group's U.S. operations.
Outcomes
- Talent Pipeline: Maintain active candidate pipelines for assigned positions through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting channels, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Quality: Complete 30 candidate screens weekly and consistently present high-quality candidates who meet role requirements and align with Spartan's values and culture.
- Hiring Velocity: Manage up to 15 open requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and proactively removing obstacles that may delay the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain candidate communication within one business day and deliver a professional, positive hiring experience that achieves a 90%+ candidate satisfaction rating or equivalent positive candidate feedback.
- Hiring Partnerships: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing weekly updates, candidate insights, and support to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
- Recruiting Excellence: Maintain recruiting data and candidate records with 100% accuracy while continuously improving recruiting effectiveness by identifying and evaluating new sourcing channels, recruiting technologies, job boards, and best practices that strengthen talent pipelines and hiring outcomes.
- Ownership: Takes personal responsibility for hiring outcomes, follows through on commitments, and proactively addresses challenges without requiring constant oversight.
- Relationship Building: Develops trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and teammates, creating strong partnerships throughout the hiring process.
- Communication: Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently in both written and verbal interactions. Maintains transparency and responsiveness with stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy and consistency in candidate evaluations, documentation, communication, and recruiting processes.
- Results Orientation: Demonstrates urgency, persistence, and accountability in achieving hiring goals while balancing speed with quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seeks opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experiences, and personal effectiveness through feedback and learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work full-time and maintain significant overlap with U.S. business hours, including evening or overnight schedules as needed.
- Dedicated home office or professional remote work environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and daily business operations.
- Competitive Full-Time Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 PHP per month
